very good item, well packaged and presented
It took me a while to adjust my eye to the eyepiece. However, I was delighted with the clarity and range.

Looks great , made very well, Excellent visual.
Item as described and works really well. Just disappointed with the delivery/communication. Tried the tracking to my home in QLD Australia & it stated it hadn't left the factory yet (this is 6 weeks after order). I started to panick (is it a scam?) then it turned up the very next day! I would highly recommend the company change courier company.

Warning: Scammers 1. The description of the Starscope monocular's performance bears no resemblance to reality. 2. Cheap Chinese junk. Worth $5 at most. 3. No refund issued despite the item being returned (proof exists that the item was delivered to the seller). 4. Seller does not respond to inquiries.

My experience is a wee bit split, but that is due to the order process and not the product itself. Apparently, I accidentally ordered three Starscopes instead of one and even though the order arrived in a very short amount of time and well packaged, it took a while for the refund to be hashed out... because I only wanted ONE, not three Starscopes. In any case, I've now unpacked one of them and tried it out (a little) and it really is as good as claimed! So: thank you for the Starscopes. I will probably give two of them away to friends.

Your advertising is misleading. The prices in the ads are shown in DKK, but the amounts are charged in USD. I wrote to you three times to cancel the transaction and asked you to refund the amount charged to my card, but it didn'twork. The way you advertise is a scam. I tell everyone not to shop with you. 😡😖

I ordered the phone mount, but it wasn't in my package. A tripod is absolutely necessary to use it. Otherwise, the slightest movement distorts the image.

After 25 days since i paid /ordered the goods it HAS NOT ARRIVED! Your tracking number does not work or is invalid! I have made complaints to Angel and George several times and ive been offered 20% off my goods etc. COULD YOU SEE WHY MY GOODS HAVE NOT ARRIVED OR BETTER STILL RE-EMBURSE ME.
