The advertisement led me to believe this would be a powerful fan if nothing else. I thought I'd get much more forceful air. This is a tiny one person fan that can only sit directly in front of a person to feel any air. Pretty disappointing. When trying to return - the company discouraged that by saying they would re-emburse 50% of the cost. I agreed to this but would have rather returned for 100% cost. But life was super busy for me so I took the easy way out. Now I have 4 brand new unused fans to donate to Salvation Army.

Very disappointed!!!!Not as advertised doesn’t keep you chilled at all. Website says to add water to help cool, but there’s no place to add water. Battery doesn’t last an hour before you have to plug it in. Has to stay plugged in for it to work. This is a very expensive mini fan that doesn’t cool below 80 degrees. Was told if I want to return items I would have to pay for return shipping(I already paid $18 for shipping). Was offered a 40% refund($59.99)less $18=$23.99) Wouldn’t recommend!!!!
The volume of air moved is very low and it does not hold a charge for long. Overpriced and under performing.
First your advertisements stress how cool your small fans are. As with all fans, the air pouring out is as cool as the air in the room. I ordered two fans in August and received an email that both fans were on their way to me. They never arrived. I am an 83 year old handicapped woman with several health issues who ended up facing the first bout of ungodly heat in August and September without my already paid for two fans, suffering unbearably. Yet your company never sent me news it was out of fans! Then in September, when I inquired about said fans, you said you could refund me my money. That offer email was sent toward the end of September. It would have been too late after receiving my money to place an order with another manufacturer! I responded with get me two fans ASAP or I'll have you company stopped for business with an injunction. Guess what?? My fans magically arrived over a week after my legal threat!

This air conditioner does not have much power a d the item must be placed right next to you. The battery life is very short as well. It isn’t a great piirchase.

I have not received the air conditioners, a response to any of my emails or voice messages, or a refund for products not received. As far as I'm concerned, your company is nothing more than a front to scam people out of their hard earned money.
This was not the product that was advertised. It was supposed to be a mini air conditioner. It is a fan and is not even a glorified fan. I should have sent it back. This was a bait and switch.

Stop fraudulent orders by bypassing people's screen & placing the order in the background. Stop charging for membership I did not order & emailed to cancel but got charged again anyway. False advertising a fan as an air conditioner.
It was supposed to be a cooler, but it is just a fan. I live in southern New Mexico where the summer temps are way into the triple digits in the summer. I can buy a fan at Walmart. I needed an actual cooler. Your advertising is very deceptive. I am extremely disappointed.

It does not have much power and does not provide cooling unless you are sitting inches from it. Even then the airflow is weak. Battery did not last long.
Once fully charged it lasted 2 1/2 hours. No way would this item cool a room unless it was a closet.
Run time not very long and doesn’t cool as advertised.

You could tell me how to return this order for a full refund. All of the Items are back in their original package. The nano fans were not a replacement for air conditioners and surely wouldn't cool down a whole room like a swamp cooler or air conditioner. Also the pet tags .. I didn't order them this was a huge scam
It didn’t work and returns didn’t work
One of them won't charge on a regular basis. Took 2 days to get it fully charged. They do not blow enough cool air even when on the highest setting. Not worth the money we paid paid for them. Won't be recommending this product to anyone.
This is advertised as a cooler, refrigerated. It is actually only a fan. I have returned the unit for rebate. It did cost me freight in and out to look at it aprox. $35.00

what a disappointment. it was advertised as a room air conditioner. it is a piece of plastic like a kids toy. it only holds a charge of maybe 1 1/2 - 2 hours. i will be either throwing it out or bit what a waste of my money. but i learned never to believe your adds. never recommend your company never buy anything from your company again. and if someone learns english well enough to understand what i am saying that would be the only plus. you past response was from Ai or a robot. not someone who knows what customer service is.
It wasn’t at all what I ordered!! It’s just a weak fan that barely blows out any air. Horrible!! Then you make it so hard to return anything so it’s not worth it! I’ll never purchase anything from you again. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. $140 for a cheap ass fan that doesn’t do anything to cool you offf. And it took over two weeks to get it when I paid $30 for shipping. Ugh. So disappointed
Don’t claim will cool the. It presented in your ad as an air conditioner. It’s not,it's a cheep plastic squirrel cage blower that doesn’t even move much air. They say it will cool a room down quickly. It will not cool any room at all. It only moves what ever air in around and doesn’t do that very will. There are fans for sale anywhere for a third of the price that works much better.
Units do not cool at all they only last a little over three hours and then need to be recharge, a good scam. Another issue was my card was used twice but someone else, had to replace my card.
