It's a great thing to use.
Poor wifi connection
The linked website wants to constantly sell me add ons. When I read how it operates it read like you wouldn’t need anything else but the website. Very annoying and the camera alerts all the time with nothing to see. Maybe it’s just me but it’s another disappointment.
After the first night of operation the camera was facing the siding on my house. When I walked past it didn't wake up or move. I had to wake it with the app. On the positive side images are very clear and the app is easy to use.

Completely unable to install. Total waste of my money. And your instructions for installing or circular therefore you never get to where you need to go. I'm very disappointed..
Too hard to hook up. Not using it. Print is to small on directions.
Picture is not clear; somewhat foggy. I didn't realize it only takes a 6 second picture; wasn't aware I would have to pay a monthly rate to review and there is no remote with the camera.
Never thought there would be a subscription...$40 a month! Outrageous Hope this feedback is logged to the next buyer of their product
No where did I see that this is a 'screw-in' light bulb type. There is NO Way I can use this!

It's still sitting on my kitchen counter - I have to wire an additional socket to the soffit on the front of my garage, to mount it - WHEN I find the time! Retirement sucks!!! ;-)

It was supposed to be a simple setup. I had to call a technician to do it he was here 3hrs. On the phone with you , tried everything and still couldn’t get it to work. Very unhappy
The camera is very poorly made. It only rotates a few degrees either way. It does not track anything. It is not nearly as good as the one I replaced with this one. It is pretty much junk. I'm taking it out and putting the old one back in. Besides just barely working, ads keep popping up to tell me I have to pay a monthly fee to get proper performance. I am very angry. It goes up and down manually about 10 degrees. Side to side I can get it to move about 15 degrees. And those small movements are done by tapping the screen. T says it is hooked to the wifi, and it is taking pictures but never tracking. The pictures are all the same. I want to return it and get my money back.

I was very unhappy with this product. I would like to know the process for getting a refund.
The camera tracks motion, and stays in that position, without returning to 'home'. I removed both cameras and threw them in the trash. You also need to advertise that in order to use these cameras', you have to buy cloud storage because the SD card is only 6 seconds long. I would never recommend these to anyone.
This thing is pretty much useless unless you pay a lot of money every single fucking month. I get a notification and can't even get a still image to look at. That's all I want. A still image. I don't want anything fancy and I'm not paying 30 dollars a week. I'm just trying not to get murdered by my fucking husband.

The directions were totally inadequate. I can’t figure out how to set the cameras up and use them. There doesn’t seem to be any tech support available to help me either.
Checked it out to see how it worked , worked as expected. Have to wait for warmer weather to install. So far so good.
More difficult to set up than I expected.
Neat idea. Works well. Getting power from a light socket makes it possible to move it around as needed-as long as the socket is powered. The package includes a small socket that can be hard wired or plugged in if you attach a cord.
I think the video is good quality. Sound is a little distorted. Still working through the controls but so far I like what the unit does.
I bought the camera for my son for Christmas. He has yet to try it out.
